

Saturday Mornings are typically best for eating pancakes, especially if you need to build up strength for some afternoon shopping.
Whole Wheat Pancakes
2 cups of whole wheat flour
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1-1/2-2 cups of milk
3-4 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
5 tbsp oil
Mix all dry ingredients together in one bowl, and all wet ingredients in another.
Combine both and whisk, whisk, whisk until the batter is nice and fluffy.
Pour into pan, flip over (this is the part where I add some bananas) and serve!
I love pancakes. We went to a pancake breakfast after Easter Sunrise Service. They had real maple syrup, a must for me!
